No Communication Gap between Students and Faculty

In earlier times, the teachers were famous for their domineering role over the students. This attitude led to the creation of a gulf between teachers and students. As a result, the students showed inhibitions, which kept them from expressing. So, they would rather end up holding back their speech. However, in current times, that attitude cannot help at all, in terms of a child’s growth and development. Some of the Best Universities in India still lags in terms of this attitude. Both the faculty and students need to adopt certain changes in their patterns.

The relationship that they share feels better when they work with team spirit, which can be fostered during co-curricular activities and fests in colleges. The students also desire to share what is their take on a specific subject. So, teaching cannot be a one way method, which hampers communication between the two. It has to be a two way process, so that both the students and the professors get to share and communicate without any inhibitions. In this way, both the parties will feel empowered and equally engaged in the classroom activities as well as beyond classroom.

Mody University provides such an environment to both the faculty members and the students so as to promote healthy relations and communication. It also ensures a two way learning process, wherein teachers also learn from the new innovations of the students. These practices are essential for long run, these skills of team work with their seniors or teachers help them at work place too while coping with their bosses or team leaders. MU stands tall as one of the best women's universities due to the opportunities and learning oriented environment it offers to the women, in order to empower them.
